I've been doing a lot with the Ford SYNC the past couple of weeks. I miss this when I'm in a car that doesn't have the same functionality. The absolute coolest thing has got to be dropping a bunch of music and podcasts on a memory key and just plugging it in when you get in the car. I love that.

Steve's tied for 36th in the US Open

Edgerton golf star (and family friend) Steve Stricker is currently +8 at the US open. He's tied for 36th place and (currently) just 4 strokes behind Tiger.

The US Open site has a page for player weblogs. Sadly there is only one golfer listed there and it's not really a blog, unless I'm missing something.

Then again, I know that the first thing I would want to do after getting my ass kicked by that course is blog about it. :)

Great story because I like Simonyi and all, but the Martha Stewart angle just seems a little forced. Would they not have covered this otherwise? :)

KOROLYOV, Russia - Two Russian cosmonauts and a U.S. billionaire bringing a gourmet meal arrived at the international space station Tuesday — to a warm welcome from current crewmen and the earthbound applause of Martha Stewart.
The lifestyle guru was among Russian and American officials and visitors monitoring the docking at Russian Mission Control, on Moscow's outskirts, as onboard TV cameras showed the Soyuz nearing the station and then jerking to a stop. Stewart is a friend of Charles Simonyi, the American who shelled out $20-25 million to be the world's fifth paying private space traveler.
